Storefront Entrance & NEW Mixology Market:

Catering Kitchen

Barrel 118 provides a catering kitchen but does not provide catering. Renters are welcome to contract any licensed caterer for an event. Proof of license and insurance is required 30 business days prior to the event.

  • ­ Commercial warming oven
  • ­ 3 basin sink, prep sink, and handwashing sink
  • ­ Ample storage and counter space

Personalized Customer Service:

  • Two hours of consultation for visioning the layout/design and coordinating with vendors and/or event planners to ensure a seamless event. Extra planning time is available at $50p/hr.
  • Onsite facility manager during the event and additional staff may be required for events of 120+ guests (to be determined based on the event).­
  • One time set up / breakdown of Barrel 118 furniture based upon agreed upon floor layout
  • ­ Post-event cleaning fees are included in most of our package pricing. The renter/vendors are responsible for: the removal of personal items, décor, props, and equipment; kitchen clean-up; and trash removal.

Accessibility and Parking:

  • Barrel 118 has handicapped accessibility with entrances in front and rear of the building.
  • The building is equipped with both an ADA accessible family bathroom and additional separate men’s and women’s ADA accessible bathrooms.
  • There are 84 complimentary parking spaces in the adjacent City parking lot and 400+ additional spaces within a radius of 2 blocks.
