Barrel 118 Rental Packages & Pricing
Barrel 118 can accommodate almost any type of event – weddings, corporate events and parties, conferences, community gatherings, private parties, and receptions of all occasions. We offer an array of rental options ranging from entire weekend packages to hourly rentals. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and will determine the best package for you to ensure an ultimate experience based on your event type, size, and budget.
Package pricing below is based on events for 120 guests. See our amenities for the full list of furniture and decor that is included with every rental. You’ll save thousands of dollars with the included custom-built Farmhouse tables and wooden cross-back chairs alone!

Event Packages & Rates
Platinum FULL Weekend Package
For the extravagant wedding or large-scale event, we recommend you secure Barrel 118 for the entire weekend. This package provides access to the venue on Friday for 7 hours, Saturday for 12 hours, and a few hours for final load out on Sunday.

DIamond Full Day Package
Host your event on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and secure Barrel 118 for the entire day.
This package provides full access to the venue for 12 hours.

WEEKDAY FULL DAY PACKAGE
Host an event Monday – Thursday for up to 12 hours. Discounts may apply for weekday events booked for two or more consecutive days.

SMALLER EVENTS
VENUE RENTAL UP TO 8 HRS < 75 GUESTS
For smaller events that don’t need the extra time to prep. Perfect for a rehearsal dinner, graduation events, reunions, bridal showers, and corporate functions.

Hourly Rentals
A minimum of 4 hours rental is required, that must include time for set-up and tear-down. A venue cleaning fee will also apply. May not be available on holidays or peak-season.

Venue rental fees are subject to change based on the type of event, the number of guests, time of day/year, etc. All prices (except where noted) are based on a guest count of 120 guests or less. For events greater than 120, an additional fee of $10 per person will apply. Please refer to our rental contract for more details on our security deposit, upgrades, and cancellation policies.
Pricing is based upon the duration of the actual event itself lasting no more than 5 hours. Barrel 118 wants to ensure the highest level of customer service throughout the duration of your event and thus, staffing and bar service are planned accordingly. Weekend and Weekday (full day) rates provide additional access to the property to accommodate set-up / decorating, breakdown, family gathering, band sound checks, etc. Some events may have a surcharge of $500+ for holidays and holiday weekends. **Hourly rentals will incur a cleaning fee. In our other daily rates, the cleaning fee is included in the rental package. All invoices will have a 3% Service Fee to cover our credit card/POS system fees.
