In this class we’ll revisit popular classics like the Old Fashioned & Manhattan…but we’ll explore some interesting variations like the Perfect Manhattan, the Reverse Manhattan, and the Black Manhattan as well as other drinks that feature Bourbon & Rye as the star of the show.  We’ll learn about (and sample!) a few prohibition era cocktails like the Scofflaw and the Boulevardier.   This class would make a perfect Father’s Day gift!

Cost is $55 per person. (21+)   Click the button below to register.

Gain a deeper appreciation of how to balance flavors with a wide variety of spirits and liqueurs. Learn how to make different simple syrups featuring botanical ingredients and how a few drops of bitters can really enhance the depth of flavor in your drinks. With each of our classes, you’ll gain the knowledge to better appreciate and hopefully recreate craft cocktails at home. We will test out different products, learn about glassware, and showcase the barware and tools available for purchase in the Mixology Market to help you outfit your home bar.
